Mamas in Israel began in 2022.

 

Hi, I'm Natalie, and when I was pregnant with my first baby, I couldn’t find a space that felt right: a place for English-speaking moms going through pregnancy in Israel at the exact same time.

So I opened a due date group (Early 2023 Babies).

 

That group grew quickly. It became active, supportive, and deeply valuable. Some of my best friends today are from that very group. Soon, smaller topic-based groups branched off from it.

 

In 2024, when I became pregnant with my second baby, I opened another due date group (Winter 2024/25 Babies).

Again, it filled. Again, it thrived.

 

That’s when I realized this wasn’t just a few WhatsApp chats... it was something much bigger.

I combined the groups and began opening new due date groups every three months. What started organically became intentional.

 

Today, Mamas in Israel is a structured community built around clear stages of motherhood, beginning with pregnancy and continuing through the early years.

 

The due date groups remain free, always. They are designed for connection with moms experiencing the same season of life at the same time.

 

The community has grown, but it remains curated, thoughtful, and intentional.
