About the speaker:

Geula Elias has been supporting women through pregnancy and birth since 2003, combining her experience as a doula, acupuncturist, holistic therapist, registered nurse, and licensed homebirth midwife. Her philosophy centers on trusting the wisdom of the body, honoring the natural physiological birth process, and providing calm, personalized, evidence-based care. She is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing space where families feel empowered, supported, and deeply connected throughout their birth journey.

Join Geula live as she helps you understand the physiology of birth and talks about why birth was never meant to be something you fear. She will go over why fear changes the way labor unfolds, what hormones actually do during labor, the difference pain and suffering, and simple ways to create safety during pregnancy and birth. She will also be able to answer your questions directly.

At the end of the session, you will have the opportunity to ask Geula your questions directly!

The live masterclass is open to everyone in the Mamas In Israel community. The full recording will be available in the Masterclass Hub for members of The Collective.
